In this design, the eye is drawn to the crow. It shares the focal point because of the manipulation of its size, using considerable scale change. The crow also breaks up a large black area of the composition with white space, creating a rhythm between the two images.

The lettering at the top of the design also achieves this. The crow is looking to the left, drawing the eye in that direction. The flow of the white space in this area of the composition brings the viewer to the minuscule tree. The three images used in this are unified and achieve balance and harmony through the use of a black and white contrast.
